Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Anything But Jeans. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order: we accept returns postmarked within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit.

Purchases are eligible for store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

If returning within the 14 day time frame, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Before you return, please contact us with your return request and we will provide you with the address to ship your items to. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive your store credit via email. This store credit will be issued to the original email your purchase was made under.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product so that we can arrange a replacement.
